- Croissant 30 g
- 1-2 tablespoons whipped crème fraîche
- 1-2 teaspoons of red onion
- 1 tablespoon of Kalix caviar
- Micro pea pods
- Edible flowers
- Black pepper
Preparation steps
- Thaw the croissant for 10 to 15 minutes
- Baked the entire croissant in the waffle iron until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the crème fraîche, red onions and Kalix caviar
- Decorate and serve!
