  • Croissant 30 g
  • 1-2 tablespoons whipped crème fraîche 
  • 1-2 teaspoons of red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Kalix caviar
  • Micro pea pods
  • Edible flowers 
  • Black pepper

  • Thaw the croissant for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Baked the entire croissant in the waffle iron until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the crème fraîche, red onions and Kalix caviar 
  • Decorate and serve!
